What Is Working Genius?
Working Genius is a simple, powerful framework that helps leaders understand how work actually gets done—and where teams commonly stall.
Developed by Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group, Working Genius identifies six types of work required for any organization to succeed and reveals:
- Where you naturally excel
- Where you are effective but expend energy
- Where work drains you and often creates friction
For leaders, this insight changes how you:

What This Session Will Cover
During this three-hour, in-person session, we will:
- Walk through the six types of Working Genius and how they function together
- Reveal and interpret your individual Working Genius results
- Explore how different geniuses interact within leadership teams
- Identify common breakdowns in execution and decision-making
- Discuss practical applications for your organization
This session is interactive, practical, and designed specifically for experienced leaders—not a surface-level overview.
