Meet Your Facilitator: Mark Knox
Mark Knox brings over 20 years of leadership and team development experience to every Rock Lake corporate retreat. A 2003 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Leadership, Mark began his career in ministry, later earning a Master’s in Theological Studies from the University of Dallas. Throughout his career, he has led teams of volunteers, parish priests, and campus ministers, and is a seasoned public speaker and presenter.
Mark has experience as a certified ropes course instructor, a certified personal coach, and has completed extensive training in StrengthsFinder. He actively applies EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and Working Genius frameworks to build stronger, more effective teams. Beyond the workplace, Mark has extensive experience leading adventure trips, mission trips, and pilgrimages, helping groups grow closer through shared experiences. An avid outdoorsman, he loves designing activities that foster authentic friendship and deeper connection. Having managed and developed teams of over 20 staff members, Mark knows firsthand what it takes to foster collaboration, communication, and growth.
