½ Day
4 hr. Rental - Monday-Thursday between 8am-12am

$2300 All facilities, table & chair setup/takedown for up to 100 guests.  We have seating for up to 300 guests with an additional charge of $8 per person.

$2500 All facilities, table & chair setup/takedown for up to 100 guests.  We have seating for up to 300 guests with an additional charge of $8 per person.

$100/hour for complete access of our property, including Old Blue

Arranged extra time:  $100/hour
Includes the use of our facility for more time then in our rental package.  This option only available 30 days out and availability dependent on other bookings.  Cannot be added during quiet hours (11pm-8am)

Unplanned extra time:  $100 every 15 minutes
For events that go over their allotted contracted time.

Old Blue is our 1955 Chevy pickup truck for photo shoots and makes a great "getaway car".

We'll provide 2 staff members to assist with parking and trash removal.  Specifics on what they do/don't do can be found in our contract.

Rehearsals and pre-meetings outside of scheduled reservation can be arranged 30 days prior to your event.  Availability is dependent on other scheduled events.  If you wish to ensure this option is available, please select a multi day package.
