Why Iron Sharpens Iron?
In today’s world, Christian men who lead in business, church, and family face unrelenting pressure. It’s easy to succeed on the outside yet feel drained, unclear, or isolated on the inside.
That’s why we created Iron Sharpens Iron — a one-day gathering where Christian business leaders come together to be strengthened in their faith, sharpened in leadership, and renewed in their calling.
Why We’ve Simplified
When we first announced Iron Sharpens Iron, our plan was to create a high-end retreat with gifts, bourbon, and extras. But after listening to dozens of men, one thing became clear: what you really want is time for brotherhood, clarity, and spiritual sharpening — without the distractions. Because of this, we’ve simplified. We removed the extras to make the event more focused, accessible, and impactful.
This October 24th will be the Charter Gathering of Iron Sharpens Iron. Those who come will always be remembered as the founding circle that helped launch this movement of Christian leaders.
