Property Spaces and Features
Blue Heron Lodge
4 bedrooms, 2 bath 3,000sf home
4 Queen beds, sleeps 8
Downstairs: 3 bedroom, handicap accessible bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area.
Upstairs: Pool table, living area, bathroom and queen bed.
The Blue Heron Lodge can serve as a day rental for groups or an overnight rental for guests.

Waterfront Pavilion
60'x40' covered pavilion and 70'x45' flagstone terrace can accommodate 150 guests seated in banquet rounds under the pavilion and an additional 100 standing, or seated outside of the pavilion.
Outdoor Kitchen
Oversized BBQ grill, 2 additional burners, sink where you can prep your food. The Cookshack also has 2 separate bathrooms for groups of 100 or less.
Commercial Bathrooms
For groups larger than 100, we have the outhouse with 5 stalls on each side.
The Fire pit
40' round, and enough wood to burn for your entire event. Any reservation of the pavilion and cookshack can utilize the firepit.
Old Blue
Our 1955 Chevy is ready to be a backdrop for pictures, or maybe even your getaway car at your special event!
