4 Bedroom +2 full bathrooms + 2 living areas + Kitchen & gaming area + Porch

Downstairs:  3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with handicap accessible shower, 1 living room & Kitchen, 2 large porch areas
Upstairs:  1 Bathroom with large open concept bedroom with couch area & pool table

• Booking is allowed within 90 days
• 2 night minimum.
• 8 maximum guests with occasional exceptions for small children.
• 12 guests maximum on the property during short term rentals
• Check in at 3pm, Check out at 11am
• Pet fee of $100
• Short term rentals do not have access to the other parts of the property
• If you wish to host an event such as a ring dunk, or special dinner we can set up a separate contract

Overnight:  $600 per night
Day Use:  $500 per day
Table/Chair Setup:  $150 for up to 50 guests
